EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

1. Cantt. Board Hyderabad intends to extend and develop its existing. Askari Public Park located adjacent to Qasim Chowk Hyderabad Cantt. as one of the state-of-the-art Public Venue for providing modernized recreational facilities to the citizens. The existing area of the park is 4.5 acres which is being extended to 12.1 acres out of which a handsome area is being earmarked for commercial activities like food courts etc.

2.   Interested parties may forward their '' Expression of Interest'' addressed to the undersigned encompassing the following:-

a.  Company/Firm profile, details of similar projects completed with names of clients.

b.   Financial/Management proposal covering development and operating phases of the said project.

c.  Any other information which interested party may wish to add.

3.  The proposals must reach Cantt. Board Hyderabad Cantt. latest by 23rd April, 2008. Cantt. Board Hyderabad has arranged a presentation to be given to interested parties/firms on 02-05-2008 at 10:00 a.m. at Cantt. Board Hyderabad office. The Cantt. Board reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason thereof.
