Hyderabad is a peaceful and fast growing " City of Opportunities." It is the main hub of Industrial Commercial Agriculture and Mining activities for entire Sindh Province besides having rich heritage attracting large numbers of tourists, investors and business community

The Government intends to establish a Five-Star Hotel of International Standard for which a piece of 5-00 acres of prime state land located in the heart of City adjacent to the International Cricket Stadium (know as Niaz Stadium) on main Thandi Sarak is available for lease on 99 years basis, through auction by inviting Expression of Interest.

District Government Hyderabad on behalf of Land Utilization Department, Government of Sindh, invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from financially sound international and national organizations / individuals having project experience with commitment to build, own and run a Five- Star Hotel of International Standard.

Interested parties (Local / Foreign) may obtain details terms and conditions during office hours from the office of Executive District Officer (Revenue) Shahbaz Building Hyderabad on payment of US $1000/- or equivalent Pak rupees on any working day latest by 5th May 2008. Expression of Interest along with proposal in sealed envelopes may reach this office by 20th May 2008 at 4:00 pm.

Government of Sindh reserves the right to accept  / reject any EOI with out assigning any reasons.
