Terms & Conditions:

1. No any sort of commission will be allowed - direct owners or authorized agents should reply or participate.

2. Tender (purchase) committee will be in final authority to take decision (for acceptance of Bids).

3. NBP reserves rights to disagree / cancel / reject any offer without assigning any reason thereof.

4. Incase of any short-coming Bid can be treated as cancelled / disallowed.

5. Participate will be communicated regarding success of their Bids by ROC.

6. Tender will be accepted / rejected by NBP - H.Q. Karachi at their sole discretions taking all aspects into account.

7. Subsequent objections can be raised within 15 days with ROC - R/O NBP Larkana under proper acknowledgement.
