The incumbent must:

• Be Ph.D / M.Phil / M.Sc. Chemistry or relevant qualification with minimum 8 years of experience preferably in soap manufacturing
• Be well versed to operate laboratory equipment and analytical procedures
• Have experience to perform R&D activities
• Have good managerial and leadership skills
• Have proficient knowledge of MS-Office application
