INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR PURCHASE OF MACHINERY, EQUIPMENTS, LAB KITS, REAGENTS, MEDICAL BOOKS & FURNITURE / FIXTURE THROUGH SNE (NEW) 2008-09

The Ghulam Muhammad Mahar Medical College, Sukkur  intends to pre-qualify the Local / Foreign manufacturers for their products mentioned under groups and sub-groups, as suppliers of Plant & Machinery / Equipments and Furniture / Fixture for this Medical Collage use for the CFY 2008-9. The applications are invited on the prescribed form, from  well reputed firms running their business for at least last three years. The application forms / documents can be obtained from Accounts Branch of GMC, Sukkur & Procurement, Monitoring & Inspection Cell, Block No. 24 Sindh Secretariat, Government of Sindh Health Department Karachi during office hours, by submitting a written request on letterhead along with non-refundable fee of Rs.100/-. The qualified applicants are required to submit Rs 1000/-per group specified as qualifying fee. This fee must be deposited through Demand Draft / Pay Order in the name of Principal, Ghulam Muhammad Mahar Medical College, Sukkur. The application with necessary documents must be duly filled signed and stamped by the local manufacturer or the authorized agent of foreign manufacturer and delivered to office of the undersigned latest by 10-8-2008.

The Department reserves the right to reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason.
