This is Zamzama based position reporting to External Affairs & Community Advisor. Responsibilities include assistance to EAC Advisor in developing a strategic plan identifying both the geographic and sectoral priorities of the program specifically for local community; facilitation in establishing project appraisals, selection processes and procedures of partner organizations; developing program management system to ensure financial accountability, risk management and quality assurance; relationship management with the key stakeholders, NGOs and community groups; develop and implement social organization strategy for community; monitor and report the progress of BHP Billiton funded projects implemented through NGOs; Liaison with District Government & elected representatives; CDP Office Management at site.

Degree in Social Sciences; minimum 7 years relevant work experience; comfortable with living and working in Zamzama Gas Plant and working on rotation; fluent in English, Urdu, Sindhi and Siraiki (will be considered as an advantage).
