QUOTATION FOR PREPARATION OF MASTER PLAN FOR NAWABSHAH MEDICAL COLLEGE HOSPITAL, NAWABSHAH

1. Nawabshah Medical College Hospital, Nawabshah is the Tertiary Care Teaching Hospital which caters to eight adjacent districts of interior Sindh.
2. Applications are invited from consultant firms for preparation of MASTER PLAN for this hospital with an objective to modernize this hospital, so as to meet the Advance Excellent Health Care Services.
3. Following services are required from consultant.
   a. Survey of existing facilities and suggestions for improvements.
   b. Addition of new facilities.
   c. Preparation and issuance of work order.
   d. Evaluation of bids and recommendations for award of contracts.
   e. Preparation of bids for execution of work at site.
   f. Supervision of work at site.
   g. Preparation of monthly progress report.
4. Details of TORs for the Master Plan can be obtained from office of the undersigned during working hours.
5. Interested firms should provide following documents in support of the applications.
   a. Details of similar work done previously.
   b. Detailed profile of the firm, including required office contact Nos.
   c. CV of key personnel of the firm.
   d. Income Tax Registration Certificate.
   e. PEC Registration.
6. Applications should reach the office of the undersigned latest by 05th September, 2008.

Technical and Financial proposals should be submitted separately. The undersigned has the right to reject all or any application without assigning reason.
