Tender Documents can be obtained from the DDO (Coordination) / DDO (Budget), DCO Office, District Government Khaipur from 29.9.2008 on any working day on payment of tender fee of Rs. 500/- through Pay Order / Demand Draft (non-refundable) in favour of District Government Khairpur.

Tender Documents duly filled in and supported by all relevant papers will be submitted to EDO (F&P), DCO Office, District Government Khairpur by 14.10.2008 at 10.00 a.m. Documents received after this time will not be considered. Tenders will be opened on the same date at 11.00 a.m. in the office of the Executive District Officer (Finance & Planning), Khairpur in presence of bidders or their representatives.

The District Government reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals with out assigning any reason.
