NOTICE FOR PREQUALIFICATION EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

District Government Khairpur intends to construct an Amusemen Park at Khairpur on B.O.T. (Build-Operate-Transfer basis). The concession period will be 15 years. Concessionaire is required to finance, construct, manage & operate the facilities at the amusement park.

  District Government Khairpur invites Expression of Interest from domestic and foreign private entrepreneurs, Firms, Companies, Joint Ventures and Consortia which are required to submit following information to enable District Government Khairpur to assess qualification of the same for the assignment.

1. Companies/Firms/Joint Ventures profile.
2. Experience of similar Projects.
3. Financial capabilities with Audit report of last three years.
4. Capabilities with respect to personnel, equipment, and plant.

Bidding documents for prequalification shall be issued from office of the undersigned against non-refundable fee of Rs.500/- from 22.09.2008. All interested entrepreneurs are requested to submit their Experience of Interest on or before 14th October 2008.

District Government reserves the right to reject any or all Experience of Interest without assigning any reason thereof.
