Virtual University invites applications from suitably qualified individuals for the following positions on 3 years extendable contract:

ADMINISTRATION:

CAMPUS MANAGER (LAHORE, KARACHI, PESHAWAR& DG KHAN)

(Starting salary Rs. 25,000) all in inclusive

Qualification: Masters degree or equivalent (16 years of education) from HEC recognized University / Institution with at least 2nd Division. Experience & Skill: Three years post- qualification experience in case of Business Administration, Public Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or five years post qualification relevant experience for all other discipline. Good management and interpersonal skills with command over written and spoken English are a must. IT proficiency is required.

NETWORKING:

NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR (LAHORE, SUKKUR & DG KAHN)

Starting Salary Rs. 15,000) all inclusive)

Qualification: BS (CS/IT) or BE (EE) or equivalent with Network certification (at least 2nd division) from HEC recognized University / Institution Experience & Skill: At least 2 years post qualification experience of implementing and maintaining complex networks ; capability to handle routers, switches and other LAN equipment. Proficient in installing , configuring and troubleshooting web, file, mail, DBMS, DNS and proxy servers etc. Under Windows / Linux environments.

ASSISTANT NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR (KARACHI, SUKKUR, GHOTKI, LAHORE & ISLAMABAD)

Starting Salary Rs. 12,000) all inclusive)

Qualification: BS (CS/IT) or BE (EE), with Network certification (at least 2nd division) from HEC recognized University / Institution Experience & Skill: No experience required. knowledge in the relevant field will be an asset.

TELEVISION:

MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (LAHORE) (Starting Salary Rs. 25,000) all inclusive

Qualification: DAE (at least 2nd division) from recognized Institution. Experience & skill: At least 10 years experience in maintenance and repair of electronics and professional broadcast equipment with at least 3 years experience of digital equipment. The ability to develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and equipment histories is a must. IT proficiency is a must.

MAM ENGINEER (LAHORE) (Starting Salary Rs. 25,000) all inclusive

Qualification: BS CS/IT with at least 2nd division from a recognized University . Experience & Skills: A minimum of 2 years experience. The candidates should know how to administer/troubleshoot and perform maintenance operations of high end branded servers , SAN and Asset Management System. Should have good concepts of modern LAN technologies Platform: windows / Linux.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER (PRESENTATION) (Starting Salary Rs. 25,000) all inclusive :

Qualification: BFA (or) equivalent degree (1st division) from HEC recognized University / Institute, Specializing in visual communication, multimedia or graphic design. Experience &Skill: At least 3 years experience. Ideal candidates should have at-least 1 year experience of creating graphics / animation, for TV. Must have demonstrable proficiency of current graphic design, illustration, animation, 3-D software as well as knowledge of non-linear editing programs, High level creativity and very strong communication skills are required. IT proficiency is a must.

GRAPHIC ARTIST (Starting Salary Rs. 15, 000) all inclusive

Qualification: Intermediate (or) equivalent (at least 2nd division) from recognized University Institution. Experience & Skills: At least 2 years post qualification experience. of creating graphics / animation for TV. Must have demonstrable proficiency of current graphic design, illustration, animation, 3-D software. IT proficiency is a must.

TRAFFIC OFFICER (LAHORE) (Starting Salary Rs. 15,000) all inclusive.

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (or) equivalent (at least 2nd division) form HEC recognized University/ Institution. Experience & Skills: At least 5 years post qualification experience of Television Broadcast. Should be able to handle and maintain Video Library both online and manual. Must be vigilant with a sense of responsibility and commitment. Knowledge of MS Office is a must.

SENIOR ELECTRICIAN (LAHORE) (Starting Salary Rs. 15,000) all inclusive:

Qualification: DAE (at least 2nd division) form recognized institution. Experience & Skills: At least 5 years post qualification as an electrician in a well reputed organization. Should be able to install and maintain all electrical fittings / DBs as well wiring. Experience in operation and handling of power generator will be preferred.

ELECTRICIAN (LAHORE) (Starting Salary Rs. 10,000) all inclusive:

Qualification: DAE (at least 2nd division ) from recognized Institution. Experience & Skills: At least 2 years post qualification experience as an electrician in a well reputed organization. Ability to install and maintain all electrical fitting / DBs as well as wiring is required. Experience in operation and handling of power generator will be preferred.
