FBR federal board of revenue government of Pakistan office of the chief commissioner Inland Revenue regional tax office, Sukkur

Sealed tenders are invited for various heads to meet the requirements for the current financial year 2015-16 for regional tax office, Sukkur from reputed firms which are registered with income tax / sales tax department for immediate supply and services of the following items as under.

Terms & Conditions

1.      The terms & conditions and other specifications of each item will be available not eh tender documents which may be obtained from the office of the DDO, RTO Sukkur during office hours.

2.      The bidders shall furnish earnest money in the shape of a pay order, equivalent to 5% of the estimated value of their bids, in favour of chief commissioner IR, RTO Sukkur.

3.      The tender documents will be available from the date of publication of this tender on PPRA & FBR websites, which may be obtained during office hours on payment of Rs. 1,000/- per tender (non-refundable).

4.      The bids should reach this office within fifteen (15) days of the publication of this notice on PPRA & FBR website after which no bid will be entertained.

5.      All the bids received within the prescribed time limit will be opened by authorized officers of the RTO Sukkur in the presence of bidders representatives who chose to attend at 05:00 pm on the closing date, in the committee room of regional tax office, queen’s road Sukkur each bid is to be accompanied with a sample of the item in the form which the bidder will be supply, (all samples will be reserved up to award of supply contract to the successful bidder).

6.      Any type of correcting fluid or over writing will not be acceptable on the tender form and only typed quotations will be considered.

7.      All government taxes will be deducted as per laws / rules.

8.      The bidder should enclose a copy of each of NTN certificates, sales tax registration no. & CNIC of the proprietor.

9.      Incomplete tender will not be accepted in any case.

10.  The purchase committee, RTO, Sukkur reserves the right to cancel any or all bids) either in whole or in part as per rules.

11.  Successful bidders have to supply items as per work order within 05 working days. 

12.  The bids shall remain valid for the work orders to be issued up to 30/06/2015.

13.  The payment will be made on the supply of items and clearance of bills from district accounts officer, Sukkur.
